Conceptualisation & Preliminary Design
Note to Home Owners: Please engage soil investigation (to check if piling is needed) & topographic surveyors (to get more accurate plot details)

Pre-Construction Phase
Perform the preliminary works before construction work begins

Final Design, Budget Review & Contract Signing

STEP 4

Construction Phase
Where House to Home begins

Building & Structural Plans Approvals

STEP 5

BCA TOP/CSC Approvals

Upon completion of your dream home, we will apply for BCA Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) or Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC). After TOP / CSC is granted, you can move into your new home.
